Every interaction with this company in facilitating adding a second unit, not liking it, and transferring to another has been actually delightful. This is the kind of humanistic, friendly, and fun customer service that you just don't find much anymore. People just being real. And real cool. Can't recommend highly enough. Tip: don't go for "drive up" access -- the units are pristine, clean, and climate controlled inside the facility. I've been there for many many years -- no rodents, bugs, etc.
