Nope, May 31, 2024 While I Did send a review a year ago, too... June 25. I've recently traded up to a larger unit, they were able to move me only 2 doors down, making the move so much easier. July 2. Another review for lost credit card issues. Agent checked my payment info & verified the payment went thru for me. In the middle of my constant chaos, they helped me thru some hard times! Oct 29 Spent 15-20 minutes late last nite with AI? chat to change my payment method. Did not work, there's no option online. The agent I spoke with changed my info in 1 minute. THANKS & forget those robots!

Moved to this facility after having numerous, ongoing issues with the other facility in front of it. Customer Service on the phone is always top ... Moved to this facility after having numerous, ongoing issues with the other facility in front of it. Customer Service on the phone is always top notch. Amber made it easy to move my unit from the other facility and my unit here into one larger unit on this site. This location is much nicer, seems maintained better. I haven’t noticed any holes cut in the fencing or the gate being wide open 98% of the time. Hoping to not have any more items stolen after moving to this location and everything keep going smoothly.
