It depends on the apartment. A 10x10 handles most two-bedroom apartments if you disassemble large furniture and stack vertically. It does not handle a two-bedroom apartment with oversized sectionals, multiple bedroom sets and a home office, and it does not handle a two-bedroom house with a garage.
