“I had a terrible experience with a previous company when it comes to pricing and hidden fees. Being quoted one price, seeing multiple prices on the website, and then when I arrived with all my things to be stored, I was quoted 5 times as much - for admin fees, mandatory insurance, and a lock among those prices - on TOP of being told their price would jump up 4 times as much at any moment so I needed to pay for multiple months up front because. When I called Storage Depot, I immediately asked them about any extra fees or anything that was not listed on their website. They were able to ring me up over the phone and tell me exactly how much it would cost for me to rent a unit. I then went online and paid! It was that easy! No admin fee, no mandatory insurance, and I got a free lock! They were very kind and helpful also. It's also handy because I can unlock the gate and my unit with my phone and the price was great. They do have a security fee, but it's only $5 at this location. I'd recommend them to anyone! 😁”
