“First visit: No on site office. Not sure of price Eventually rented. Price was competitive. Two months " free " cost $18 for mandatory insurance. All communications are electronic with robotic answers, so don't expect a down-home feel. If computer is down, there's no access or communications.”

“In and out with a 10ft utility trailer with no issues. My only concern is a Villa Rica sheriff officer pulled up as I was loading my space. He said that there had been some break ins, like 15, and there was an instance where someone got in thru the gate that didn't have access. I'm guessing an employee called for someone to check things out since I was putting in numbers on the keypad that were wrong making it look as tho I was trying to break in. I had to deal with waiting on him to run my info and the other 2 that were helping me. He was nice, we had no issues. The positive side of this is someone was paying attention and took action to prevent theft. I may have looked suspicious as it was my first time at the location trying to figure out what code to put in on the key pad. I rented the unit from sparefoot website I think was the name. I didn't get to the unit late in the morning so I had to figure out how to get the gate to open. The text from the storage facility is confusing, or I was just so tired I couldn't make sense of it. Good thing I figured out the other option to open the gate cause I was already PO and cussing and about to just drive thru it. All in all I'm pleased with the unit. Oh forgot to mention... they provide a lock free of charge.”
