I love this storage facility and all the ways that they help you to feel comfortable, safe, and secure no matter what time of day ... I love this storage facility and all the ways that they help you to feel comfortable, safe, and secure no matter what time of day or night. To there 24 hr access and climate controlled facility which is secured by it's motion activated sliding door from the inside and by your personal gate code from the outside. Or the Loading dock for those that have a truck instead. There is a online portal to access your account or you always have the option to email or call the customer support as well. If you contact them outside of normal business hours they are still quick to respond as soon as they open. Lets not forget about the maintenance crew either. Always there to lend a helping hand and keeping the facility nice and clean. Yup 5 Stars from me!!

Customer support are really great to work with, patient & helpful. I have appreciated their willingness to work with me thru some difficult issues. ... Could use some temperature adjustments. Update 1/29/24 Still great to work with...downsizing today & went smoothly. ! Highly recommend !!! Update 8/20/24 Some issues with lock, finally resolved after some difficulty reaching an associate for Combination assistance versus the automated system. My phone issues made it more complicated. It was quickly resolved once I was able to make DIRECT contact...as always...very satisfied with this particular facility ! 8/26/24. Some issues with combination lock continues & have been unable to access my unit. #s provided earlier do not work , using code on file & agents to talk to no longer available A friend tried, too. Just need my own key lock on it...too much trouble seeing the numbers getting it to open . Have to be there for them to come take it off & as I have no car,etc. at this time it's just very inconvenient, especially with issues with my phone screen & the call center keeping me on hold too long without a call back option. My phone issues have aggravated this lock situation, however the recent change in available agents to handle things now with reduced hours makes it harder to resolve problems. 9/12/24 22/24 FINALLY able to access unit today after months of attempts. It appears that the combination lock on the unit does NOT have the serial # on file, therefore the code given did not work. Once the actual # on it was submitted, the new code worked immediately ! After 8 MONTHS I have been able to SEE my stored items & verify status. No, I have been very disappointed in the service available these past few months, long wait times on phone Without call back option offered ! With temperature remaining so hot in summer I may choose to.vacate & move everything to my older outside access units where the fresh air & light make it easier for me. to work on organizing everything & is lass expensive 11/23/24 Coming in today to.clean out unit after auction. Agent very helpful in getting me the correct code for the lock Very much appreciate agents support thru this difficult time. 11/27/24 Gustavo was very helpful in getting the information needed to affirm cleanout after auction. My faith has been restored in 10 Federal during this stressful period of Auction. I encourage anyone who has storage units to keep payments up to date & communications open to avoid misunderstandings. The managing agents can be very helpful & understanding when explaining your issues & concerns.
