Gate operators and the gates themselves are well maintained. It appears to me that the security system has been updated. I have contacted the office several times for personal reasons and they were always cheerful and willing to help me. That’s hard to find this day and time. Overall, it’s a great place to store your household items or whatever you desire to store in the units.
