After someone got in touch with me we were able to resolve issue an no futher issues it’s a great storage rental place. They are always on top of it at 10 federal storage. 10Federal Storage, moving easier, with a lot of stress off of me. Thanks 10 federal storage.also there was an issue with a pipe from ac unit leaking into my unit up front, once notified they were quick in relocating me to another unit.Even though they couldn’t help the situation, they helped reguardless an gave me the proper information to file a claim on the policy for any an all damages. I was very upset when I found out but after speaking with the team at 10Federal storage on rockmart road well they assured me it would be took care of an my claim would be made right, I believed them an they did keep there word which is more then I can say for most company’s or bussinesses.
