Was able to get everything set up and reserved online with just a few clicks. Tons of comfortable room for storage and very reasonable prices. Love how entire area is under surveillance with barbed wire fence and electronic keypad lock to enter/exit. Customer service is prompt and polite with any questions I've had. So far so good. No complaints here and I would definitely recommend.

i have won several auctions. 10 federal has always worked with me to allow me extra time to clean them out (i am old ... i have won several auctions. 10 federal has always worked with me to allow me extra time to clean them out (i am old and sometimes it takes me longer than i anticipate). i also work full time so when i have to go after work - it is often dark - so i need extra time to get empty locker pic to send - usually thru weekend. or if there is an issue with a lock - i can easily and usually quickly get help. i live the text open gate at my rented unit location. overall - very happy

They've always been very polite and helpful when needing to get a storage unit and maintaining it and helping me with questions about my payments, about the cost and if I have combination or lock problems. They really keep the place clean and safe. I really appreciate your service.

I would recommend 10 federal to anyone. ******* The text that I received after renting my unit online was missing the gate code. I tried for 30 minutes to use both the online portal, and the text to open features for the gate. I thought I got in, but it turns out another renter opened the gate and I was let in, but then I was locked in and my husband was locked outside of the gate. After nearly 30 minutes of trying to get in touch with someone on the phone, we did and luckily got the code to the gate. Other than this the rental process was flawless, but it was incredibly nerve wracking and stressful on moving day how it all happened.
