“This is a very clean and organized storage facility. I stored my household goods in a climate controlled unit for the past 5 months with no incidents. I met and spoke to Ryan on several occasions while I was in/out of my unit. Yesterday, I was removing my last few items out of my unit and I lost my keys. When I pulled up to my unit I saw Ryan and asked him if he know how I could remove my lock since I lost my keys. Ryan did not hesitate and said he can remove my lock. After 10 minutes my lock was removed and I was able to retrieve the remainder of my items. Ryan even asked if he could assist me in finishing loading my vehicle. Top Notch Service!”
