Alex realized that multiple pieces of my information were put in the system incorrectly by the last person who accessed my account. He was able to get all of my stuff fixed and my account back on auto pay! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I went into this feeling a little frustrated and Alex made the experience painless! So happy with the customer service I was provided that I called my husband and told him after! Thank you again!
