I told him about them changing names for those storages many times when I first got my Storage a couple years ago it was Hill and Holmes Then it changed the Storage pro and now it’s 10 something federal and I’m just getting so confused with all the changes so he helped me and explained to me everything about it so I give him 10 stars.

Alex is absolutely amazing! Storage space changed management and my account was taken off auto pay. Alex realized that multiple pieces of my information were ... Alex is absolutely amazing! Storage space changed management and my account was taken off auto pay. Alex realized that multiple pieces of my information were put in the system incorrectly by the last person who accessed my account. He was able to get all of my stuff fixed and my account back on auto pay! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I went into this feeling a little frustrated and Alex made the experience painless! So happy with the customer service I was provided that I called my husband and told him after! Thank you again!
