I didn't know there was more than one level when I purchased the storage unit online. Some very heavy items had to be carried upstairs ... I didn't know there was more than one level when I purchased the storage unit online. Some very heavy items had to be carried upstairs and a long hallway, with turns, had to be navigated with big, bulky items. Had I known, I would've secured a bottom level unit, as there were empty units. Otherwise, the unit is secured but easily accessible.
