Amazing customer service at the 9120 W. Broad St location. Jawaan helped to get us the best location and a great deal for our storage ... Amazing customer service at the 9120 W. Broad St location. Jawaan helped to get us the best location and a great deal for our storage needs. Adam jumped in with great energy to make sure we got what we needed. They were both super nice and helpful throughout. Edited to 4 stars: I was charged twice and struggled to get someone on the line after several tries to explain the charges, despite leaving a message for a property manager. The general public storage customer number - to speak to an agent - was also challenging to find. When I reached them were helpful and revealed a credit on my account that you can’t see in the app that I was asked to download. Not the best post-transaction service. I would recommend making the app more robust for transparency and creating less steps to reach a human to resolve issues. inconvenient after thinking everything was appropriately squared away.
