I have dealt (email and phone) with Customer Service numerous times in the past 36 hours. The written responses have come with remarkable speed ... The written responses have come with remarkable speed and efficiency as I transitioned from Pro Storage (I think that is the correct name) to 10 Federal. Customer Service has straightened out my rental arrangement by removing monthly storage insurance (since it is already covered by USAA). Your reps were able to clarify my monthly billing and adjust a late fee. Wanting to recommence AutoPay, I had difficulty with the 10 Federal website in arranging for it since the one in effect previously ended with 10 Federal's assumption of management responsibilities at Printer's Court in Grand Junction CO. Customer Service offered to assist setting up AutoPay if I called. I did, and everything was handled expeditiously. In that call I was able to pay for November (I was unaware AutoPay had ended), and for December, and get AutoPay set for 1 January 2025 and beyond. I have found Customer Service to be unfailingly and remarkably responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and speedy in responding to my questions and needs. All in all, and without exception, I am exceedingly pleased with my 10 Federal experience. If I may be permitted one observation, the only area where things appear a bit squishy is after-hours and weekend support, complicated a bit by a two hour time difference between 10 Federal's Hqs and Grand Junction. (Pro Storage had two locally based reps who covered the local Pro Storage office and multiple local storage facilities up to six days a week (I think but I am not positive Saturdays were included). There was no coverage after-hours or Sundays. It would be reassuring if some sort of after-hours contact mechanism could be established. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion, as up to 2.5 days (Friday afternoon to Monday morning) waiting for support assistance could prove onerous.
